Every list is built from public county property records — the same parcel and assessment data that counties publish and make available for public inspection. We aggregate it, clean it, deduplicate it, and format it for mailing. Nothing here is private or confidential information.

What fields are included?

Owner name, verified mailing address, parcel location, and assessed property value. These lists are addresses-only — built for direct mail. We do not include or scrape phone numbers or email addresses, so there's nothing to worry about on the call/text/email-consent side.

Are there phone numbers or emails?

No. By design these are mailing lists only. That keeps them clean for direct-mail use and keeps you clear of the consent rules that govern phone and email outreach. If you want to reach these owners, you mail them.
